YOUR WELLNESS PROGRAMME HEALTHDAYS INCLUDES:

• Doctor's consultation upon arrival or remote consultation
• 5 therapeutic treatments* per day:

1. – Therapeutic bath: Mineral Pearl Bath, Carbonic Acid Bath or other.
   – Therapeutic mud: Mud (Peat) Application, Mineral Mud (Peat) Bath or White Mud Application.
2. Massage (15 min, every second day) or Underwater massage (20 min) or massage with a particular device (20 min).
3. Group physiotherapy in the gym, water or vertical bath (every second day).
4. Relaxation treatment: Audiovisual Relaxation, Binaural Relaxation, Halotherapy, Oxygen therapy or Aromatherapy.
5. Oxygen and Herbal Tea Cocktail or Inhalation.

* The procedures are indicative and will be prescribed inpidually by a physician who will assess your health condition and prescribe treatments considering indications and contraindications. The procedures are for adults.

• 3 meals a day (buffet) and snack bar: brunch and afternoon snack (visits are unlimited at all meals)
• Natural mineral and fresh water in the Mineral Water Buvette
• Hydrorelaxation I–VII 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Unlimited visits to the swimming pool and sauna complex every evening

INFORMATION FOR VISITORS WITH CHILDREN

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Resort fee is not included in the price. For a person aged 18 and older – 2 EUR / 1 day.
• The rooms are available from 2:00 pm, but you are welcome to arrive and check-in from 10:00 am, and enjoy the services of the Medical SPA while you wait for your room. Check-out until 12:00 pm.
• Lunch and dinner are included on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.
• In case of the late arrival (after 3:00 pm) and early departure (before 10:00 am) the number of treatments is reduced accordingly.
• Payments can be made at the reception in cash (Euros) and by credit card.
• Bringing pets is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire territory of the Medical SPA “Eglės sanatorija”, including balconies, terraces and rooms. The fine for smoking outside designated areas is 100 EUR.

This experience allows you to spend quality time with your children as you break away from the household and focus on being together, strengthening the physical, emotional, and psychological health of all family members. Treat yourself to relaxing treatments, food prepared with love by chefs, and staying in the swimming pool and sauna complex for as long as your heart desires. As well as witnessing the mischievous gleam in the children’s eyes as they frolic in the playroom. Walking when there is no need to rush, and sleeping deeply in the warm embrace of nature. Healthy habits for the whole family can be instilled by creating happy memories.

• Staying for 10 nights or more group transportation from / to Vilnius / Kaunas airports is included. The service must be booked at least 7 calendar days in advance and is provided at a time and on a route set by the Medical SPA, please contact transfer@medicalspa.lt.

2. Relaxation treatment: audiovisual relaxation, binaural relaxation, halotherapy, oxygen therapy, aromatherapy, or other treatments: such as an oxygen-herbal tea cocktail, inhalation.

* Treatments are indicative and are individually prescribed by your doctor, after assessing your health during the consultation, taking into account the indications and contraindications for the treatment. The treatments are for adults.

• 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner buffet, unlimited visits for all meals); lunch (buffet), brunch and afternoon snacks (snack bar) are available to purchase on arrival
• Natural mineral and fresh water in the buvette
• Daily hydrorelaxation I-VII 7:00-14:00
